What do you want to have? Money with an un-healthy body or health with no money? I know both of the choices are worthless that's why my vote would go both for money and health. If you could have a wish to come true instantly, what would it be? If you have asked me this question 2-3 years ago, my answer would definitely come, A lot of money! But if today you ask me this question, I would wish for a super healthy body.
One of my MLM leader is multi millionaire. He has achieved all of the things he ever desired in his life but still he is only 35 years old. But unfortunately, he has developed an un-healthy body with heart problem, diabetes and lots of other problems. He is not allowed to eat his favorite foods because of his diseases. Sometimes he tells us that if he could exchange all of his wealth with a new and fresh body, he would likely to do that.
So my idea is to first we should focus on our health and body. Having a great health would be the toughest thing to achieve than money but its worth it.
If you are now thinking that, achieving lots of things will lead you to a un-healthy and un-happy life, then you are wrong. The journey to the ultimate wealth has no connection with your health, you have to put some time and effort in you if you want to have physical success.
I'm not a health expert but I found adopting these habits could give you peace of mind and a healthy life,
Drink a lot of water, it is good for your health
Have confidence in you
Have the required rest/ sleep for your body
Eat lots of vegetables
Go out for a walk everyday
If your work is killing you, take a break and do something else
Read, watch and listen to those things which highly motivates you
Spend some time with real people, not on the computer
Wake up early in the morning
If you are spending hours in front of the computer, take a 15-20 minutes break and if possible, go to the room where there are no digital things
Stand, walk and sit straight
Working late in the night is a bad habit
If you have spent hours sitting in the chair while reading this article, stand up and streatch yourself

Tamal and I met through attraction marketing. He came across my blog and subscribed to it. Later, he asked me to become a guest blogger at tamalanwar.com. Now he is returning the favor. Tamal has been working since he was fifteen years old, building his business in Bangladesh. Now, at 20, he has a growing business through his MLM and his motivational writings. I have a tremendous respect for this young man and am thrilled to share his writings with you.
